Do I own my data and customers?
Yes. Your tenant is isolated — customers, bookings, leads and wallet balances belong to you. Nothing is shared with or visible to other OTAs on the platform.
Which suppliers can I connect?
Flights, hotels, tours, Umrah, visa and insurance each ship as a module you can enable per tenant, wired to real supplier integrations. Enterprise and Custom plans add custom API integration if you need to connect a supplier we don't support out of the box.
What's the contract and cancellation policy?
Starter and Enterprise are a one-time setup fee plus a flat monthly maintenance fee — no per-booking commission. There's no long-term lock-in beyond the plan's own lifecycle terms; talk to us for the specifics of your plan.
Can I resell to sub-agents?
Yes — B2B agent (sub-agent) accounts are available on Enterprise and Custom. Sub-agents book against their own wallet balance, and you set the margin they pay on top of your base price.
