By using FastGo Travel services, you agree to these terms.

1. About FastGo Travel

FastGo Travel is a registered travel agency in Bangladesh, IATA accredited.

2. Booking & confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when full payment is received and an e-ticket / voucher is issued.

3. Cancellation & refunds

• Flights: Subject to airline's fare rules. Service charges are non-refundable.
• Hotels: Free cancellation policies vary by property.
• Tour packages: Cancellations 30+ days before departure: 90% refund. 15–29 days: 50%. Less than 15 days: no refund.
• Umrah packages: Cancellations 45+ days: 70% refund. Less than 45 days: no refund.
• Visa fees: Embassy fees are non-refundable.

4. Payment

We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa/Mastercard, American Express, and bank transfer.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
